Incidentally, the case took many years to be decided by the Delaware Supreme Court. And, just to show how dirty these things are, in the last couple weeks before the judge suddenly announced his decision with no preannouncement -- and this was in a case that lasted years, remember -- SIGA's short interest suddenly shot up at a staggering rate to approximately 40%.
I don't know how that happened, exactly, but I can guess. And it ain't pretty.
