Thank you Ken. I'm glad you pointed out that they are using the best in town for the court. And this is really getting exciting.
I cannot believe how Bruce walked into their trap. I believe they were waiting for him to do more wrongdoing.
Once Bruce was in the 13d show, I did know that CytoDyn is going to own IncellDx, and they need to file for bankruptcy.
What I didn't know is the Bruce also offered them to purchase IncellDx while sitting on our data and patenting them for personal profits. He really got caught with his pant down.
I don't know when they are ready, but I can feel the 2nd lawsuit for Bruce and IncellDx will be there in 2-3 weeks. As it is a huge case, I'd expect to take weeks to documents.
The 2nd lawsuit will also refer to this one and force IncellDx to file for bankruptcy, IMO.
Probably, it's in the best interest for IncellDx to immediately fire Bruce, and mediate with CytoDyn (by returning what is/was owed) - But who care about them, They should worry about themselves.
