Cytodyn already paid the $6 to $7 million award that Pestell won in arbitration. it was paid in July and disclosed in the 10k.
Cydy was also told to pay $3 million to Tony C's group as penalty for the improper stock awards. The accrued that $3 million in the May 31 financial, but do not appear to have paid the cash yet. I'm not sure if that item is still under appeal. This info was also in the 10k
