Thanks for the answer. I am frustrated by the mounting legal fees and damages associated with Pestell, the BOD share awards and now the 13d group. Then there is the SEC/DOJ costs should it become an issue and we have to defend an actual case they bring.

It would be nice if the BOD/management team members reimbursed CYDY for the costs incurred in the company defending their innapproprite awarded shares.
