That wrenchman is something else.
Out of no where here he comes flying in with the killer DD!
If you keep looking back at the place setting web site, and listen to Doc at IFAH, he mentions financial literacy and permanent and temporary housing.
Even though JHB has said HE is not partnered with Doc legally, there is no way on God's green earth that Doc is doing all that without his help and/or guidance and/or contacts.
Since I have TD, I will try and get further clarification on "The List" tomorrow when I have a few spare hours.
