Interesting, so I just called and they said if it does not have skull and crossbone aka CE or STOP sign. It will most likely be removed from that list if it already hasn't yet.
The day that list was issued was the day they still had a stop sign. They didn't get it removed till end of July.
August 14th is a Saturday, so nothing will happen then.
August 15th Quarterly reports are due which is Sunday which means technically there not due to Monday, August 16th.
