Honestly don’t need to hear their plan. Their history speaks very negatively no matter the “plan”. Also timing wise this is absolute worst time to try and shake up management. You don’t have to be a NP fan to know that it would not be good as a shareholder to switch things up at this point. The very fact that there is what sounds like high probability of buying Inceldex never mind at some huge over priced cost should make anyone want to Vote against 13d. Even if there was zero chance that they would not but Inceldx and mass dilute the company I would still not vote for them.
