To be fair, they had to gather the requisite shares to file the 13d. Then (based on the call I was on) they would work to present a plan to the shareholders. They made it seem at the time that it would be compelling.

And perhaps it will be. But since that call I have not seen anything that resembles compelling. In fact, in my opinion they lost ground when they announced the nominations.

Now before the NP crew celebrates, and the 13D group starts trying to call me, I still want to hear their plan.

I have no reason to believe it will be amazing, but who knows. Id like to hear it and make a decision rather than speculate back and forth.
