So, even before a vote on the 13D group, they are already worried that they will be subject to their own second 13D group the moment they take the reigns.
How can a group (the current 13D group) be "overthrown" when they are not even in power?
They are the ones attempting to overthrown the current management, not the other way around.
The hutzpah this current 13D group shows thinking that they are already in power.
