It never ceases to amaze me that I as an individual cannot make decisions about my care even when you are told to just go home and accept that you are dying. The docs apparently have never had a loved one in the same situation with possible options to help, and be told no, you can't try to help yourself. I guess they are afraid that they will be sued. I send them healing energy and really hope that it works for them.
