Good Post, and I don't think I could have said it any better. I don't think Paulson has many remaining shares given their investment strategy with the warrants. I also suspect the 13D group are banking their share count on their contacts giving them the thumbs up after hearing their spiel, but how many times have we seen election polls be way off because voters misled the poll-takers or changed their vote when it was time to cast their ballots. Current mgmt has a couple of months until the proxy vote, and they're very good at pulling rabbits out of an empty hat at the very last minute.
