My rebuttal is I spoke to the lady at OTC and she stated that if any mistakes are made to a report or attorney letter. They have to read it from top to bottom. They don’t just check for that one mistake. So essentially it’s starting the process all over. It’s only 3-5 day reviewable process but the clock restarts every time there is a mistake and you have to fix it. So by that logic the old attorney letters are null and void and until they read the news ones saying financials have been reviewed and Unvc has done everything in their power to abide by rules and regulations, then nothing is fully confirmed and approved.
