I disagree... the letters are the same with a different date so I don't that would have stopped anything. Based on the definition of the Yield sign I think they are looking for more information in Financials which will be provided in the Q2 filing. After being dark so long a report on a shell isn't going to bring us current. My opinion of course and you have more experience so who knows but either way it can still happen this week.
