Just speculating while we're waiting.
If the reregistration cleans up all problems in the S-1, then the proxy should tell us what the company future plans are when we start trading.
I think in order to do the reregistration or S-1, QMC must first get the shares in order, and that will probably be the subject of the proxy.
Would the shareholders also need to ratify the Pasaca agreement? That could be in the proxy also.
