I am optimistic. Recall Stephen stated the proxy would be issued enabling Pasaca to buy up shares needed to reach 51% and in turn complete the loan to quantum. I believe 3-4 million provided to Quantum is important and necessary. Could be the proxy comes soon maybe tomorrow?
