In following the discussion mits brings up an interesting point I did not think of because I've never seen it happen-what if NNLX files reports w the SEC but doesnt pay otcmarkets.com for their 'news and disclosure service'
I almost always get my sec reports info from otcmarkets.com because its easy to find the info- just type the stock symbol and you're directed to that stock
cant tell you the number of times I've searched for sec reports on the sec site without finding a company even though i would enter the full name, stock symbol and cusip number
but due to the tdamerica email which i also received and forgot about bc been so busy I searched for NNLX just now
otcmarkets takes up to 5 days to show a filing of one of its customers-and whether NNLX will pay otcmarkets.com its disclosure fee is still unknown - otc doesnt show any change of classification yet and i wouldnt expect otc to show such yet bc it would take up to 5 business days to show a change of classification in my experience after any reports were filed with otcmarkets.com
that could bring a new meaning to the recent June update which mentioned filing reports with the SEC- no mention of otcmarkets.com, which is where a lot of otc and Nasdaq investors get their info - hopefully NNLX was just being sparse with its words
