sorry - this happens when you report on the fly- due to etrade and tdamericas emails likely to be followed by other brokers as i've been saying - but w tda jumping the gun with its cutoff date to buy of Aug 13 I quickly realized NNLX would have to begin submitting filings to avoid manipulation of its stock pps

so when i saw the first date I looked at- 7-18 - I assumed it was this year -July 18- not in 2012 -something easily transposed at a quick glance
