Nice breakdown,
I went to look at chronic fatigue syndrome phase 3 trials thinking that hey would use an objective primary endpoint like the 6 minute walk test. Surprisingly they seem to all use subjective measures based on fatigue severity. That being the case biomarkers that can back up subjective data or variable data like the 6 minute walk test will be all important.
What also caught me off guard was how few CFS phase 3 trials there were, a grand total of 9 trials. With positive longhaulers phase 3 data CFS will be a walkover.
