Maybe Cytodyn is getting down in the dirt and leaked the SEC letter for that exact reason (it weakens the 13D group's argument). Maybe Nader really has taken the gloves off.
Funny, couple of folks around here were adamant that we needed to see the RTF letter and now this response to the SEC makes it clear what the issues were, they're largely silent.
