Wow, this was a great find. It clearly articulates the nature of the delays in the HIV BLA rebsubmission and reaffirms both that the RTF was largely the result of “substandard” work from an unnamed vender (ahem) and that the deficiencies can and will be resolved.
This was just what I needed to see after the recent attacks by 13d et al. No doubt some of the voices in this board will still insist that, as CEO, NP bears full responsibility for the delay. But those are likely the same voices that advocate for installing a vender of dodgy diagnostic services as the new CEO. In my opinion, this letter weakens their case significantly.
