I think you are correct on the DD yesterday. Spent time thinking about it and trying to research it. Perhaps one of the most telling supporting items is this from OTC Markets, "OTCQX Rules and OTCQB Standards require that U.S. companies provide verified share data through a transfer agent who participates in the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program."
Notice that it says companies must provide the data through a TA. The TA doesn't just start providing the data voluntarily on a daily basis unless they are told to by a company. OTC Markets doesn't go out and ask for it. The process, in all likelihood, would be initiated by the company starting the registration/login process with OTCM. So this process started at a minimum 5 weeks ago, and probably quite a bit longer than that. It could be finalized any day now.
