Like the old saying goes, “You come after the king, you’d better know how to spell.”
The 13D gets as much flak here as they do because they’ve handled this whole situation terribly. They file without a plan, promise to unveil a plan, then post a letter to shareholders which reads like a short’s hit piece (see Ohm’s dissemination of it) and still offer no plan. Then once we learned the names, it *sounds* like a team assembled to flip Cytodyn in a fire sale.
If that isn’t their goal, the burden of proof is on them. I just wish they’d stop killing any interest in the stock and taking up all the oxygen in the room.
