Try and grasp northstar point--your "group" is nothing but devisive. Grouping is devisive.
Take your statement--"all your group seems to argue is “NP is a liar and a thief and the 13D group are angels"
Then your ?? "group"-- "they will make cydy buy Incell"--they will only enrich their shares not all shareholders --yadda yay yah--yours is just FUD --let me help you:
the 13D group are liars and thieves--NP is as honest as the day (ok lets not get carried away)
np has months to get some legit revenue--somewhere--before any vote. Could have submitted that old combo BLA years ago to other countries for example. With the vyera agreement cydy will only get < 50% in USA anyway. Some legit revenue and the 13D will fade. Just adding manuf agreements , Lonza , Samsung etc etc or more distribution agreements doesn't get approval ANYWHERE
