Will Cytodyn have to object to the patent? Was it used as leverage to get them to purchase Incelldx?
I am trying to understand the motives behind this, because while I like and respect Patterson, it does seem very suspect, especially with the high valuation requested for his company. Did he see the potential in Leronlimab and attempt to "hitch his wagon" to CYDY by nefarious means?
