I mean, I think most of it is self explanatory.
Advantage:
-Shareholders keep their investment/shares. Investment value increases proportionate to QMC/Innova/Pasaca distribution agreements and sales.
Disadvantage:
-None that I can think of.
Advantage:
-Possible shareholder compensation, which is better than nothing.
Disadvantage:
-Much lower value than QMC potential. Loss of future value.
Advantage:
-None whatsoever.
Disadvantage:
-Shareholders lose all investment potential.
