Assuming Pasaca will take over 51% of QTMM
Opinions on advantages and disadvantage of why
- Pasaca would want to leave QTMM a public reporting company
- Pasaca would want to take QTMM private
- Pasaca will bankrupt QTMM and take over QTMM's assets
