FitWhey is another prospective CBD infused product awaiting official FDA regulation which has been paused for that reason, just as the CBD infused chocolates were, but the chocolate deal was not an acquisition. They wisely chose to pursue only one of their CBD infused beverage options in the U.S. until the FDA clears the regulatory path, and that's of course their own HEMPd brand, by far the most important one under the current restrictive regulatory circumstances.
