Asking an Honest Curious Question????
After All the Acquisitions of these other company's that Corporate feels will give them a heads up in the market, Does any know or can answer how many of these past acquisitions are still in play or still legally part of RMHB portfolio?
Without spending any more time researching past filings I have found some of the following:
1. On March 31, 2015 the Company acquired 100% of the ownership interests of Smarterita, LLC.
2.On July 17, 2015, the Company acquired all of the assets of Dollar Shots Club, LLC.
3. Feb. 13, 2018,announce agreement with CBD Life (We know this is still active! This was not an acquisition but a mfg. agreement that switched formula to CBD.
*********OK .... tired of looking for the exact filings but there or two more significant acquisitions I can remember, *********
4. The Energy or Health Food drink that was marketed mainly for fitness gyms and workout facilities.
5. The Chocolate Company.
AND NOW
6. On June 8, 2021, we entered into a Trademark License Agreement with Option to Purchase (the “Agreement”) with AGS Labs, Inc
