Here is my 2 cents for what its worth, The MOA of LL is to act on the simmering cytokine storm buy reducing CCR5. LL does not act directly on the cause of the inflammation or what is causing it it just holds it down long enough for your body to take care of it, its self.
Dr. BP has said that there are a couple of other drugs that may be needed for some people who have certain set of different cytokine levels, a CCR5 blocker won't work on them. They may be the non responders in the LH trial.
Also there may be a combo that will total clear it quickly like LL and ivermectin an anti-viral.
