OK, what am I missing in terms of this LH situatio

If Leronlimab reduces viral load to 0 after 14 days (Montefiore, EIND, CD12, etc.) and the immune response is returned to homeostasis because of LL (same sources) in most patients, why are the symptoms coming back in these LH'ers?
And I know there are some non-responders and that some patients need longer and higher doses. The drug isn't a catch-all miracle. I get all that. But 8 weeks at a high dose where patients saw their symptoms improve a ton and it's still not stopping the symptoms from returning?

What's the deal with that?

For the record, the only logical conclusion I can make is broad and that's these patients have something else involved that LL can't fully overwhelm on it's own. Say, 80% of the issue is controllable by blocking CCR5 and controlling Rantes while 20% or less of the problem is untouched by our guy Leron. So these patients see very significant improvement but when Leron heads home that other 20% is left to run wild again and symptoms start to get worse. Or the "viral reservoirs" located deep down in some dusty, very difficult to reach corner of the spleen just eating Munchos and fucking up your whole life until Bruce Patterson finds the magic bullet but can't quite tell you what the magic bullet is BUT IT'S MAGIC! Wait for the paper, I guess? Anyways, I just don't know what I'm missing here.
Maybe there's someone on the board that can bring it Hohm for me?
