Please correct me if I am wrong. As I see it there was a settlement in favor of CYDY. Nader and others sacrificed their compensation in order to settle the case and avoid an expensive legal bill and distractions to managing the company. Stock was returned to CYDY. All parties covered their own costs. No opinion was issued regarding validity of the claims.
