Maybe someone already posted a link to it, but where is the JUDGE's DECISION?
So far all I have seen linked are Notices of Pending Settlement and PARTIES' BRIEFs.
As you likely know, attorneys for parties are advocates for their clients, so they sometimes take extreme positions, including in the briefs they file.
Can someone post the link to the JUDGE's DECISION, AWARD, RULING or JUDGMENT, where the reference to something the judge is claimed to have said can be found?
