I was thinking the $5+ is after uplisting, not before. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the nut is $3. to uplist to NASDAQ, with certain conditions.
So at your 50 cents that's only 1:6, which I could live with, but I'm thinking with all the traders abandoning ship right now, it could go straight up like Solartech's QTMM rockets unimpeded to $1 for a 1:3 RS.
Just speculating! It's totally going to depend on what revenue is generated and valuation and ratios.
