Yes that is correct! We split up 1:10 at .50! My vision since years back!
With the new rules for pinks scheduled to kick in October don't think forward thinking Pasaca had not planned for the developments obviously excluding the SEC investigation. What a nice time for a K&L Gates settlement! JMO the SEC really brought the hammer down on QTMM! The requirement to disclose proprietary assets of the QD technology IMO were the reason to delay the filings along with the internal and external personnel to compile the financials! Most CPA's shy away from clients with SEC filing issues since there is so much more liability at risk!
