well, I'm carefull with calling anybody a crook.
But i'm not hesitant to call WR a lousy CEO.
He founded many companies during his lifetime ( he is about 80 today ) and all of them are dormant or bankrupt. He seems to have spent most of his time with lawsuits.
But he definitely is a splendid storyteller.
Whenever a company went bust he ( like Eurogas Inc ) he set up a new one ( maybe in a new country, like Eurogas AG ) and managed to raise fresh funds. Then, a few years later, muney burnt, delisting, insolvency...
