The magic lies in the difference between the 2 trial designs. IMO.
Give the critical patients 4 IVs. And give the Mild/Moderates 1 IV followed by 3 350mg.
Then all you need to do is capture the Receptor Occupancy by someone who can actually do it. Instead of a self-serving as$-clown with an orange disk behind his fat orange head. IM Humble O.
That should prove your RO.
