One of the major hurdles I have seen firsthand (with a friend) with the cancer trials is the trepidation over traveling (with a compromised immune system and rapid changes in health issues/wellbeing)- and covid makes that even more scary and risky. Saw that the one trip to San Fran (for getting the initial dose of leron) sounded exciting, in theory, at first to folks- but then became a not-so-little source of anxiety.
