Hi JLang again.
The way I see it the strongest headwinds Cytodyn has faced, to my mind, have come from the FDA, and not the company's leadership.
Cytodyn played by the rules, and the FDA queered all the trials, from HIV > COVID. Is that not the truth? LL should've been approved last year.imho.
Don't expect me to pin 100,000s of unnecessary deaths on NP/BOD "mismanagement".
Fwiw, yesterday India said they're getting rid of remdesivir. It doesn't work.
So, just how will the 13-D group solve those headwinds, or will they even address them at all?
Will they propose to solve them by magic?
Are they going to blame those headwinds on NP? Non sequitur.
Well, what then? Just ignore the elephant?
The BP-FDA corrupt axis is not the fault of our CEO/BOD, nor, likewise, can a new CEO/BOD rehab a broken, captured agency. There's the rub.
Today, what other course now is there besides Brazil, Phil', India, which NP providentially anticipated?
My sense is something else is in play. That flaming FDA letter, now a curious Congressional Committee. hmmmm.
