Ritz, my analysis is close to yours. To me the 5%s have started a clock to the annual meeting . Nader needs to get a good revenue producing win before the annual meeting. If he does, his leadership is secure. If not then a lot of investors will look closely at the new group and what it brings to the table. Hopefully this 13d will not distract the current board from that target. Hopefully the board will concentrate on movement forward. I think they will. But if not........
