I'm going to speak up and say that I'm in favor of the coming proxy fight, which will involve electing a different slate of directors.
I hope the board moderators will leave this post up and others that speak in favor of the proxy fight. Those who are in favor are not "anti-CYDY." They are pro-CYDY and feel their is a better path forward with new leadership.
The great thing about this is that the "insurgents" will state their case to the shareholders publicly (in order to garner support). They will tell us their plan and who they would install in certain roles in order to execute the plan.
Then, we as shareholders, can make a choice based on the available information. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!
