I am stepping beyond my depth here. But, as its been explained to me at this 5% threshold they have the ability to nominate alternatives to each board position. Then its up to the investors to decide.

In my mind if Dr Patterson was up against Scott Keley for CMO, he would have a shot at winning. As for other board spots, who knows. I assume they would have to make a pretty compelling nomination for each spot in order to win.

But, I think this all hinges on what occurs in the next few months. Are we generating revenue by then? Is the share price appreciating? Have we refiled the BLA?

NP an crew can squash this whole thing if they perform. If, however, we are still treading water in 3 months? I dunno.
