On the warrant issue, I agree w your wise friend.
The offering is a unit, which means an investor gets a B share and the two warrants as a package. It’s meant to be an incentive for investors to jump in on “the ground floor”.
Also, there is a separate portion of the S-1A devoted to DJ’s incentives, which explicitly lists the warrants they will receive (3MM?... can’t look right now) . And I believe they have access to more warrants thru the oversubscribed option. So they are already doing quite well without taking all of the warrants from the entire offering.
My interpretation, of course.
