Yes, I know that the conversion is one way and that the B shares will be traded.
For the third point, I don't really know what it implies.
If you tell me that Gnbt will keep 63% of the company, whatever happens with the share A price/conversion/market cap, I am happy. If the percentage of ownership depends on how NUGX trades relative to NGIO, I need to try to evaluate things further (and still believe the A/B or B/A makes a difference).
I think that the GNBT team knows what they do and that their interests are aligned with ours. I just try to understand what happens with my investments.
I don't own any NUGX and wish you all, older shareholders, to benefit the most of this, I think you deserve it.
