Youhou,
First off, the conversion is one way only. Class A shares will be converted to Class B shares, never the other way around.
Second, Class B shares are being sold as an IPO, after the IPO, the buyers of the NGIO shares can then sell/trade them on the NASDAQ for whatever pps they want.
Third, outstanding Class A shares (NUGX) will, with the full conversion, be taken off the market and returned to the NuGenerex treasury. It could be possible that then all the 235,000,000 Class A treasury shares simply be converted to Class B shares making the total 735,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock instead of 235,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock and 500,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock.
And yes, the total number of Class B shares will be diluted. But if that really bothers you, just offer to give your Class A shares back to NuGenerex for free. If you do, I will thank you in advance for not converting your Class A shares to Class B ones and making my conversion value just a tiny bit more valuable.
