Yes, NuGenerex market cap should be the total of the NGIO pps x outstanding shares + total of NUGX pps x outstanding shares.

But with NUGX being on the OTC Pink with no company information (like GNBT) and NGIO to be on NASDAQ with full company information, I really don’t know if NASDAQ will factor in the NUGX portion of the market cap. My guess is they won’t but only calculate it on the NGIO pps / outstanding shares.
With the NGIO shares being highly limited to 5.5 to 12ish million, it is my hope that new investors will come to know that they can still get a “piece” of NuGenerex on the OTC. Maybe with enough volume demand, NUGX will be moved from the OTC Pink to the regular OTC (like GNBT) and then we can get some normal trading going on with proper volume and pps evaluation.
