Mathematically, it doesn’t matter, as long as the totally stock value remains the same.
NGIO pps = $10, NUGX pps = $2
10 / 2 = 5 factor
5 NUGX shares = 1 NGIO share = or 5:1
2 /10 = 0.2 factor
0.2 NUGX shares = 1 NGIO share or 0.2:1
1000 shares NUGX at $2 pps = $2000
200 shares NGIO at $10 pps = $2000
