Drugman, what you’re saying would makes some sense if we were talking about the CIA, an oil company with the son of a powerful US politician on the board and a Ukraine prosecutor. But this is the SEC and a penny stock that has been pinksheeted for two years.

I would be shocked if the SEC were even aware of the status of the Kansas case, much less the details of its disposition. IMHO, they are only concerned with launching their new policy to crack down on delinquent OTC filers.
