The SEC is following a more rigorous protocol (all out collection mandate like IRS) from the biden administration to not allow delays and collect penalty's? I'm a CPA and we are now along with all tax preparers seeing a government regulating vis a vis a new enforcement era that the public will also see very soon. The new standard will be apparent and at least IMO only a feather in the cap of SEC regulators! BS! " This likely will be true for the department of Justice (“DOJ”) as well as at the agency level, as agency heads are expected to be given a high degree of independence and agencies to be empowered to pursue enforcement actions and refer serious cases to the DOJ. "
