Giving out a date for myflix would have no legal ramifications at all. Disney did it with theirs and others as well. Its normal to give a live date for an online platform. Not sure where this legal trouble comes in but its not true. I think that myflix still has a ways to go and its just not realistic to offer a date.
Partially bc he doesn't have a date for the form 10. But why is the question as it should of been done by now. For the form 10, a general month would suffice but we can't even get that.
