Here is the expected timeline: 1) F10 filing, 2) S-1 filing, about 5-days after F10. 3) S-1 money comes approx 2-weeks after S-1 filing. 4) MYFLIX launched shortly after S-1 money arrives. 5) Uplist to OTCQB 60-days after F10 filing.
